My main
man LOVES his lemon and garlic! So I searched the Internet for a dinner dish
that would incorporate the two and I came up with so many delicious results!
But how do I choose what recipe to use? I decided to combined a few good
recipes and came up with something that made him feel like he was in Lemon
Garlic Heaven! This is a quick and easy recipe that your family will enjoy! To

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package
of gnocchi
Juice from
one lemon
4
tablespoons butter
1/4 cup
shredded parmesan
2 garlic
cloves, minced
1
tablespoon lemon zest
2-3 fresh
basil leaves, chopped
1 teaspoon
red pepper flakes (More or less depending on you preference)
pepper and
salt to taste
Directions:
2) Cook
and stir for about 3-5 minutes, depending on packaging instructions or until
the gnocchi floats to the top of the pot.
3) While gnocchi is cooking, in a small pot, heat butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, basil, garlic and parmesan cheese. Stir until smooth.
5) Serve with Easy Chicken Breasts and vegetables. ENJOY!
