Chicken breasts are always an easy-go-to dinner item and
you can be creative with how you use them. This is how I normally cook my
chicken breasts and I incorporate them in whatever else I make, be it rice,
pasta, potatoes, etc. It always turns out great. The best thing about this way
of cooking chicken breasts is that it is super easy and super cheap! All you
need is olive oil, Italian seasoning or Monterey seasoning, and boneless chicken
breasts. That's it!
Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon olive oil
Italian seasoning
Directions:
1) Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag and pound until about 1/4" thick.
2)Heat olive oil in a sauce pan over medium heat.
3) Season each chicken breast with the italian seasoning
on both sides.
4) Add seasoned chicken breasts to pan and cook for about
4-5 minutes per side.
5) Remove from pan and serve. Enjoy!!!
